Teooria.ee campaign
Buyer - person who has purchased Test package from the Teooria.ee site (the campaign does not extend to Knowledge and Driver's License Packages).
1. Test packages of categories AM, A, B, BE, C, CE, D, T participate in the campaign.
2. Test packages purchased between 01.01.2024-1.03.2024 from the Teooria.ee website participate in the campaign. It is possible to receive money for the package or an extension of the usage period of the 28-day package within fourteen days from the submission of the corresponding formal application. The application must be submitted to the campaign organizer - OÜ Teooria by e-mail: info@teooria.ee
3. In order to get a refund, you must:
- in the package purchased during the campaign, go through all the test questions included in the package at least once.
- Test type "Error correction" must be empty before going to the national exam - all questions answered incorrectly must be answered correctly later.
- Test type " Transport Administration trial exam" must have been passed with a positive result at least 5 times out of 10.
- Transport Administration exam must be completed within 7 calendar days after the package expires.
- Return application must be submitted no later than 1 calendar day after result of the Transport Administration theory exam.
4. When submitting a request for a refund, the following must be added:
- Original purchase documents confirming the purchase of the product (copy of payment order, invoice).
- Return application form (found below)
5. Return applicant will be contacted and time will be agreed for an online chat. In the online interview, the applicant must be able to prove that he/she did not pass the Transport Administration theory exam and point out the main differences in the exam questions.
6. Offer is only valid for private individuals who have purchased Test package for personal use. Buyer has the right to participate in the campaign once and receive a refund only once. One person can submit only one refund claim per campaign. If a refund has already been requested for one package as part of the campaign, the campaign organizer is not obliged to refund money to the same person for other packages or to add free usage time to the package.
7. Extensions of the package usage period are not included in the campaign. There are no refunds for time extensions.
8. If it is not possible to repay money, the campaign organizer will notify this within five working days from the receipt of the claim, indicating the reason for this, and offer an alternative period of use of the environment.
9. If the claim is complete, organizer pays the purchase price of the test package within 15 working days, but no later than 60 calendar days after receiving the claim.
10. The campaign conditions do not affect the legal rights of consumers.
