Scope of privacy policy

Privacy policy is applicable to all physical clients and users that buy Teooria OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Company) provided services and who visit the website.

Which personal data does the Company collect?
To offer the best service, the Company collects personal data necessary to provide the service, which includes your name, personal code, e-mail address, phone number, preferred language, bank details and data provided by the digital device (such as cookies and similar technologies). The Company might process other personal data to offer better customer service and for other goals, in volumes and ways that will be disclosed to you beforehand.

How is your personal data collected?
The Company collects your data with your consent in the beginning of and during customer-provider relations when buying and using the service. Your data is collected only if you express consent to do so.

In addition to the aforementioned, the Company reserves the right to forward personal data to oversight, investigation or police institutions in cases outlined in law.

Term of the processing
The Company may process your data as long as it is necessary to fulfil the duties of the client relationship between the Company and you or other relationship of the same value until you have withdrawn consent or until the deadline set by the law for other financial or legal purposes.

The Company may use your personal data to conduct satisfaction surveys with your consent.

The Company reserves the right not to accept your request if you cannot be identified or if forwarding personal data is unsafe. The Company reserves the right to refuse our request to delete personal data in case there is a legal obligation to process personal data, based on the contract or legislation or if it is necessary to form, present or defend legal claims or to protect identity.

Amendment of the privacy policy
The Company reserves the right to change or amend the privacy policy at any time. Privacy policy currently in effect can be found on the Company’s website.

Raising complaints
If you find that the Company has violated your rights when processing your personal data, you have the right to contact the Company using details above, the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court.
